Room rates are in Euro (€) per room/per night and inclusive of breakfast, VAT and service charge.

Please kindly note the special conference rate and the ESPD room allotment are available until 6 ^th May 2022 only. After this date the rooms and rates will be subject to hotel's availability.

Rooms are to be reserved on a self-pay basis. Costs of the room, breakfast, and extras are to be paid by the guests to the hotel reception upon check out. 

At check-in, all guests will be asked for a valid credit card to guarantee the costs.

A valid credit card number is required to guarantee the reservation.

Booked rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 28 DAYS prior to arrival. A later cancellation will be charged with 90% of the entire stay (your credit card will be charged).

Rooms are being allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Timely reservation is highly recommended to secure your room.

Accommodation for Invited Speakers is already pre-reserved, for information and to re-confirm your arrival and departure dates please contact invited.speakers@espd.info, thank you.

For group reservations please contact the hotel at reservation@himunich.com or call +49 89 4803 6218. A contract proposal incl. the payment and cancellation terms will be provided. 

Rooms will be available after 15 hrs on the day of arrival and shall be vacated before 12 noon on the day of departure. If the guest fails to comply with the arrival/departure times, the hotel may charge his/her credit card any additional cost incurred. Early check-in or late check-out is up to room availability and may be additionally charged.
