My name is Raluca-Gabriela Miulescu and I am a pediatric dermatologist at Children’s Hospital, Romania. I graduated from “Iuliu Hatieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj-Napoca, Romania in 2016. Then, between 2017-2020, I was a resident trainee in dermatology, within the university training center, at “Elias" University Emergency Hospital, Bucharest. In 2021, I started the second residency, in general pediatrics, which I am going to finish in 2026. Also, during this period, I was a trainee in ESPD Training Programme 2022-2023.
My areas of scientific interest are infectious diseases with cutaneous manifestations, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, and genetic syndromes.
I am interested in exchanging scientific information, because I consider that interdisciplinarity is the key to a successful management of the patients. This is why I participate in congresses and conferences, where I present different lectures.
I also believe that scientific activity is extremely important; that is why I am attending the "Carol Davila" doctoral school in Bucharest, starting in 2021.
Overall, I strongly believe that a doctor's work should be complex, in continuous development.
