Terms & Conditions

Rooms are to be reserved on a self-pay basis.

A valid credit card number is required to guarantee the reservation. At check-in, all guests will be asked for a credit card to guarantee the costs and extras.

Reserved room can be cancelled free of charge up 1 DAY prior to arrival. Later cancellation will result in a 100% fee for the first night.

Earlier departure will be charged at 50% of the room cost if the hotel reception is informed until 12:00 on the day of departure, and at 100% after 12:00.

Rooms are being allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Timely reservation is highly recommended to secure your room.

There is no official housing agency appointed for the ESPD 2024 in Košice. If you are contacted by any agents offering housing for this congress, please note that these companies are not authorised to represent ESPD in any way.
