Accreditation

The 25^th ESPD Congress, Padova, Italy, 28-30 April 2026 is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 11 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).

For more information please refer to the EACCME Accreditation on this website. The CME Certificate will be available electronically after completing the Congress Evaluation after the event. 

Airport

The nearest airports are Venice Marco Polo (about 30 mins) or the Treviso airport (about 1 hour). The easiest way how to get to Padova is a bus from both airports, alternatively a train. The Padova city suburban bus terminal and train station are located next to each other and 500 meters from Padova Congress. For more please see How to reach Padova Congress.

Arrival to Venue

To enter Padova Congress please:

Use Gate C from Via C. Goldoni (closest gate to the conference centre)

Use Gate T from Via N. Tommaseo (closest entrance from Savhotel Mantegna or surrounding hotels)

Badges

To get your badge, scan your personal QR code received from our Registration and print your badge at the Registration kiosks onsite. Please always wear your badge during the event.

Get your badge scanned at the session hall entrance if you need the CME credits.

Cash Bar

Drinks and snacks are available for purchase at a bar located in the Bistro on the ground floor in the venue. Coffee/tea will be served during Coffee breaks in scheduled times.

Certificate of Attendance

All attending participants can download their Certificate of Attendance in the registration portal within one week after the event.

Cloakroom and Luggage room

Located in the venue foyer on the ground floor on the left side from the entrance. Luggage room will be available in the cloakroom on the departure day.

In case of emergency, please contact the Registration desk or any of the congress or venue staff members, or please call 112 directly.

Evaluation Form

The Congress Evaluation Form (Survey) will be available online on the Congress website after the event and sent to delegates by email. The EACCME Certificate will be issued only after this survey is submitted after the event.

Insurance and Liability

The Organisers will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained or for loss or damage to property belongings of Congress participants, accompanying persons either during or because of the Congress or during the accompanying programme. Participants are advised to seek adequate insurance coverage for health and accident, lost luggage, and trip cancellation.

Language of the Congress

English is the official language of the 25^th ESPD Congress. All lectures will be in English and there is no interpretation provided.

Lost & Found

A lost and found service is available at the Registration Desk in the venue foyer.

Lunches

Lunches are not provided by the Congress. Coffee/tea will be served during the Coffee break times.

Lunch boxes will be distributed to delegates attending the Satellite Symposium on Wed 29 April, after it concludes.

Mobile App

The Conference App is your companion for the event, offering a complete scientific programme, speakers and presentation details, abstracts, posters, exhibition information, or practical details. Notifications will update you with the latest news. Available for both Android and iOS devices, please download from the congress website or QR code on the back of your badge. Log in using same credentials (email address and password) as used for registration.

Mobile Phones

Please kindly keep your mobile phones in silent mode during in the meeting room during sessions.

Photos

Please do not take photos of the presentations.

Posters

E-Posters will be available on screens onsite in the venue, in the Conference App and online in the Virtual Platform during the event and for 2 months after the congress (1 June 2026).

Please note that smoking is not permitted in the venue.

Speakers’ Preview Room

Speakers’ Preview Room is available in the following times:

• Tuesday 28 April - 12:00 - 19:40
• Wednesday 29 April - 7:45 - 19:15
• Thursday 30 April - 8:00 - 13:20

If not uploaded online, you need to deliver your files to the Speakers’ Preview Room at least two hours before the session. The technicians will check your presentation and assist. Please refer to the Oral Presentation Guidelines on the congress website.

Virtual Platform & On Demand Sessions

On Demand Sessions/recordings will be available in the Virtual Platform shortly after the event and available online for 2 months after the event (1 July 2026).

To log in please use your email address (as used for registration to the ESPD 2026) and the platform will send you a password to enter. In case of any login issues, please contact us at the Registration desk onsite or at registration@espd.info

Access is for ESPD 2026 registered delegates only. Delegates are not authorized to share the platform access details to other persons. Attendance will be tracked.
