EACCME Accreditation

The 19th ESPD Annual Meeting, Dubrovnik, Croatia, 2-4 May 2019 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 13 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. 1 credit will be assigned for each 60 min spent within the meeting room for Parallel Session and 0,5 credit for each 45 min in Plenary Session.

Distribution of Credits

Session attendance will be tracked via a barcode on each participant's badge which will track his/her attendance in the meeting rooms. Please note each participant is responsible to ensure his/her barcode is properly scanned when entering the meeting room before the beginning of each session.

Please read the detailed programme carefully to learn when each session starts. Some sessions follow without a break immediately after the previous one finishes. Yet the barcode needs to be re-scanned at the beginning of each Parallel or Plenary Session even though no break is scheduled in the programme. Please make sure you have your badge properly scanned at the door control.

CME Certificate

The CME Certificate will be distributed electronically after the Meeting to all participants who fill and submit online Meeting Evaluation within one week after the Meeting. The Evaluation Form will be sent by email to all registered delegates and will be also available at the Meeting website. Participant who does not present the Meeting Evaluation Form cannot be entitled to receive the CME Certificate.
