Each participant will receive a Registration number by email after the submission of the Online Registration Form. As for payments completed by bank transfer, please proceed with the payment only after receiving your Registration number. Please do not send any payment by bank transfer without the Registration number and participant’s name included in the payment details.

Fees are applicable only for delegates who won´t participate in the ESPD meeting.
Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline applicable for the selected registration type. If your payment is not received in due time, the latter fee will be automatically applied.
Unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until fully paid.

Group registrations cannot be processed online under one email address identification; each participant needs to have his/her own profile set up with a unique email address.
When registering more than ten persons under one company identity/invoice, please contact the Secretariat to determine the preferred invoicing setting.
The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
After the completion of the Online Registration Form each participant will receive via email the registration overview and a notification confirming the received payment and eventually stating the amount outstanding.
All fees need to be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges. Please note that all bank charges need to be covered by the delegate.
Bank transfer payment needs to be identified by the registration number and participant’s full name included in the payment details.
Payment by bank transfer is possible until 29 April 2021. After this date, all payments can be done only by credit/debit card.
In case of rejected online credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to log into the Online Registration Form and try to process the registration and the payment again. Should the trouble with the payment persists, the participant is advised to contact the credit/debit card issuer/bank first and check if online transactions are not disabled on the credit/debit card. Afterwards, the registration can be processed again.

The final invoice will be provided to the participants upon request, the document is not sent automatically. Please contact us to ask for your receipt.
The final invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (step Contact/Invoice details). Any change of such details (address, VAT number etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the registering date and is subject to the 20 EUR fee.
We apologize for any inconveniences associated with the postponement of the Meeting. We hope, that as much as possible, the existing registrations can move “as is” to the new dates, however we understand there might be some changes required.
ESPD Meeting Secretariat will be in communication with all registered delegates to verify the registration status.
Cancellation of Registration for existing registration made for original dates (up to 1 April 2020)

If you prefer to cancel your registration due to time clash or any other reason, please note the below cancellation terms:
Until 30 May 2020 – 50 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds
From 31 May 2020 until 30 July 2020 - 50 % of the fee will be refunded
From 31 July 2020 - no refund can be processed
Cancellation of Registration for new registrations (from 2 April 2020)
Until 11 March 2021 – 50 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds
From 12 March 2021 until 11 April 2021 – 50 % of the fee will be refunded
From 12 April 2021 no refund can be processed
Cancellation of Other Bookable Items
Until 11 April 2021 – 20 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds
From 12 April 2021 – no refund can be processed
General Cancellation Conditions
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email or by fax) to C-IN and cannot be done online or over the phone
Requests for refunds made after 14 May 2021 will not be considered
For any change of name, a fee of 20 EUR will be charged
The European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) entered into force as of 25 May 2018 and it involves some additions to data protection.
In the event of a force majeure situation, CZECH-IN S.R.O. reserves the right to alter or cancel the meeting without prior notice, including any change of the time and/or venue of the meeting. Any occurrence of force majeure event shall be communicated as soon as reasonably possible from the decision time. Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of CZECH-IN S.R.O. which prevents or impedes the realization of the meeting. This includes but is not limited to, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, plague or other epidemic such as SARS, bird flu, earthquake, flood, hurricane, cyclone, fire or other natural physical disaster, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike, lack of the usual means of transportation or terrorism. CZECH-IN S.R.O. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, losses, expenditures or any other inconveniences or costs caused by such modification or cancellation of the meeting. Unless provided otherwise by the applicable mandatory laws, the registration fees will be reimbursed in accordance with the ESPD 2021 cancellation policy.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the ESPD 2021 be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
