REGISTRATION

All participants must Create an Account and register via the Online Registration Form . Please read the instructions below carefully.
Each participant will receive a Registration number by email after the submission of the Online Registration Form . As for payments completed by bank transfer, please proceed with the payment only after receiving your Registration number. Please do not send any payment by bank transfer without the Registration number and participant’s name included in the payment details.

All above fees include local VAT 20 %.

*) ESPD MEMBER - To qualify for the respective fee membership must be valid during the Annual Meeting dates.
**) Applications should be accompanied by a letter from the head of department confirming eligibility.

Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline applicable for the selected registration type. If your payment is not received in due time, the latter fee will be automatically applied.

Unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until fully paid.

All registration deadlines are applicable considering the local time (CET/CEST)

ESPD membership guarantees a substantial reduction from the registration fee. For more information about becoming an ESPD member/renewing your membership, individual member categories and member benefits can be found under the respective bookmarks of the ESPD official website .


Registration Fee includes

  • Admission to scientific sessions and to exhibition

  • Conference bag incl. materials and Final programme

  • Admission to Welcome cocktail and coffee breaks

  • Lunch is not included in the registration fees

Accompanying Person Fee includes

  • Admission Welcome cocktail only

Group Registrations

Group registrations cannot be processed online under one email address identification; each participant needs to have his/her own profile set up with a unique email address.

When registering more than ten persons under one company identity/invoice, please contact the Secretariat to determine the preferred invoicing setting.


INSURANCE

The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.


CONFIRMATION

After the completion of the Online Registration Form each participant will receive via email the registration overview and a notification confirming the received payment and eventually stating the amount outstanding.


PAYMENT

All fees need to be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges. Please note that all bank charges need to be covered by the delegate.

Bank transfer payment needs to be identified by the registration number and participant’s full name included in the payment details.

Payment by bank transfer is possible until 28 May 2020. After this date, all payments can be done only by credit/debit card.

  • Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card

    In case of rejected online credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to log into the Online Registration Form and try to process the registration and the payment again. Should the trouble with the payment persists, the participant is advised to contact the credit/debit card issuer/bank first and check if online transactions are not disabled on the credit/debit card. Afterwards, the registration can be processed again.

    Online Payment Details

    Online payments service provider: GP webpay.

    All online payments are processed via GP webpay secure connection. GP webpay conforms to international standards and it meets the strictest safety requirements of the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by VISA standards as defined by the MasterCard and VISA card associations. FINAL INVOICE

The final invoice will be provided to the participants upon request, the document is not sent automatically. Please contact us to ask for your receipt.
The final invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (step Contact/Invoice details). Any change of such details (address, VAT number etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the registering date and is subject to the 20 EUR fee.


CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation of Registration

    • Until 11 April 2020 – 50 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds

    • From 12 April 2020 until 11 May 2020 – 50 % of the fee will be refunded

    • From 12 May 2020 no refund can be processed

  • Cancellation of Other Bookable Items

    • Until 11 May 2020 – 20 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds

    • From 12 May 2020 – no refund can be processed

  • General Cancellation Conditions

    • All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email or by fax) to C-IN and cannot be done online or over the phone

    • Requests for refunds made after 27 June 2020 will not be considered

    • For any change of name , a fee of 20 EUR will be charged
