Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital in Nairobi, Kenya is hiring a Pediatric Dermatologist, https://www.gerties.org/  Gertrude’s is the only pediatric hospital in all of East Africa (a population on half a billion people).  This is a wonderful opportunity because the person who takes this position will start the first pediatric dermatology fellowship in East Africa. 

The Egyptian Society of Dermatology and Venereology is pleased to invite you to the the annual ESDV Summer Meeting that takes place in Cairo, Egypt on 29th and 30th June 2018. In the same time, organizators are happy to receive the abstracts for the presentations from six ESPD members (subject in the field of pediatric dermatology). Deadline: Will be clarified, but the sooner the better. For ESPD speakers ESDV offers: Full conference registration, 2 nights accommodation in a 5 stars hotel, 500 dollars refund. City tour available upon request.

It is with deep and profound sadness that we acknowledge that J Henk Sillevis Smitt, age 64, our valued colleague and also a friend, succumbed to his previously diagnosed PSMA on Monday, 26 March 2018. He is survived by his beloved wife Hilda and his children Josephine and Willem.
